An Inventory - Why Do I Need One?
Under Tenancy Deposit Scheme legislation it is not compulsory for a landlord to have an inventory, however in practice this is an essential document in the event of any dispute regarding missing/damaged items or of contents dilapidations at the end of the tenancy.
