Inventory charges start from as little as £60, however the price you pay is based on a number of factors including the size of the property, number of bedrooms, reception rooms, bathroom / shower rooms and additional rooms. It is also based on whether furnished or unfurnished and whether a house or flat.

A programmed PROPERTY VISIT REPORT to monitor tenant care and general condition costs £40 for a one off inspection which reduces to £30 each for four prepaid quarterly visits in any year. Highly recommended for Tenant Find, busy or ‘out of area’ Landlords. NB This does not constitute a structural survey.

ATD Limited can prepare DEFECT ADVICE REPORTS on ‘new build’ or newly converted homes for developers, landlords and agents. These advise on specified defects and finishes. Please ask for details of items & areas covered and for a price quotation based on size and type of property.

NB 1. Prices are all inclusive of VAT.

NB 2. House charges are based on one bathroom. All additional rooms, whether receptions, bath / shower rooms, utility, etc will be charged at £20 per room.

NB 3. The prices quoted for a Check Out assume that the initial Inventory has been prepared by ATD Limited. Should this not be the case we will be pleased to provide a quotation based upon the details of the inventory signed at the commencement of the tenancy by your tenant.
