• ironmongery
• kitchen cupboards and worktops
• sanitary ware
• tiling
• grouting & seals
• Sinks & taps
• decorations and paintwork
• glazing
• floor coverings
• window fittings and mechanisms.
• socket installation (NO testing)
• check for leaks
